A:

1. Get a "Fire control component"
2. Hold the weapon you want to upgrade
3. Sell the "Fire control component"
4. Sell your weapon

PS:If the weapon you sell don't have a mod3 ver, it will return your weapon to your package, but it still cost 1000rp.
